急性肠梗阻死亡原因探讨及其防治

目的探讨急性肠梗阻的死亡原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析2008年12月至2011年12月我院收治的229例老年人急性肠梗阻病例资料。结果 229例老年人急性肠梗阻病例中有10例(占3.03%)死亡,其中中毒性休克4例,中毒性休克伴多脏器衰竭2例,肾功能衰竭1例,呼吸衰竭1例,心功能衰竭1例,高血压脑病1例。结论采取有效治疗方法,积极防治感染性休克,早期诊断、掌握手术时机加强对术后并发症的治疗是降低急性肠梗阻死亡率的关键。

Study on causes of death of acute intestinal obstruction and its prevention

Objective Discusses the acute intestinal obstruction the death cause and its prevention measures.Methods a retrospective analysis of 2008December to 2011December in our hospital229 cases of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction case information.Results 229cases of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction in 10 cases(3.03%) died,including4 cases with toxic shock,toxic shock and multiple organ failure in 2 cases,renal failure in 1 cases,1 cases of respiratory failure,1 case with heart failure,hypertensive encephalopathy in 1 cases.Conclusion Effective treatment,active treatment of septic shock,early diagnosis,to grasp the operation chance to strengthen postoperative complications in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction is reduced mortality
