| 摘 要： | 目的：应用化学发光标记免疫法联合检测四项肿瘤标志物对原发性肝癌（PHC）诊断价值。方法：以化学发光标记免疫法对肝癌组65例、良性肝病组40例及正常对照组50例的血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（AFU）、癌胚抗原（CEA）和铁蛋白（SF）进行联检。结果：肝癌组AFP、AFU、SF与良性肝病组和正常对照组相应指标比较，差异均具有极显著性或差异有显著性（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。同时血清AFP、AFU、CEA、SF联检能大大提高对原发性肝癌的诊断率。结论：应用多项指标联检对肝癌的检出率可达92％以上。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value Of combined detection of four tumor markers in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods:The serum levels of AFP,AFU,CEA and SF were determined with chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) in 65 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma,40 patients with optimum liver disease and 50 controls.Results:The serum levels of AFP,AFU,SF in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were all significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01 or 0.05).Combined determination of AFP,AFU,CEA,SF in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma could improve the diagnostic rate of primary hepatic carcinoma.Conclusion:With combined determination of these four tumor markers,the detection rate of primary hepatic carcinoma could be enhanced to above 92%. |
