摘    要:目的了解南昌市居民户碘盐普及、碘盐质量情况,为相关部门及时有针对性的采取防治措施及干预策略提供依据。方法按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》和《江西省碘缺乏病监测方案》要求对全市各县区居民户碘盐进行监测。结果全市共监测居民户食用盐2 628份,合格碘盐2 554份,不合格碘盐72份,非碘盐2份,盐碘含量均数29.63mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率99.92%,碘盐合格率97.26%,合格碘盐食用率97.18%,非碘盐率0.08%。结论南昌市碘盐覆盖率、居民户合格碘盐食用率均达消除碘缺乏病国家标准。

Abstract:Objective To survey the popularity status and quality of iodized salt in Nanchang, so as to provide timely and pointed evidence for taking preventive measures and intervention strategy for the relevant departments. Methods According to the criterion of Scheme of National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance" (for Trial Implementation) and " Scheme of Jiangxi Province Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance", iodized salt surveillance had been carried out in every districts of Nanchang. Results A total of 2 628 samples of edible salts in residents had been tested, including 2 554 qualified samples, 72 nonqualified sampies and 4 non - iodined salts samples. The mean number of iodine was 29.63mg/kg. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.92%, the passing rate of iodized salt was 97.26%, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.18% and the rate of non - iodized salt was 0. 08%. Conclusions Both coverage rate of iodine salt and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt of the residents in Nanchang had met the national standard for iodine deficiency disorders elimination.
