2007—2011年丰宁县新涂阳性肺结核病人流行病学分析

目的了解丰宁县近几年肺结核病人的发病情况及流行特点,为下一步制定预防肺结核病的对策及改进措施提供理论依据,以至于更好地为广大人民群众服务。方法对近五年结核病控制工作季报表、月报表、病人登记本及结核病管理信息等进行统计分析。结果通过统计得出25—64岁年龄组占发病人的64．54％,农民占发病的92．60％,故青壮年农民是防治的重点人群。

Analysis on epidemiology of new positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Fengning County from 2007 to 2011

Objective To understand the morbidity and epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis patients in recent years, so as to provide theoretical basis for further formulate and improve strategies of prevention and control tuberculosis, thus we can serve people better. Methods The information of the disease control of the recent 5 years, for example, the quarterly reports, the monthly reports and the register of TB patients were counted and analyzed. Results The results showed that the age varied from 26 to 64 years old, which accoun- ted for 64. 54%. Above all, 92.60% of patients were peasants. So the young adults of the peasants are the fo- cus prevented groups.
