某部2009—2011年肺结核报告情况与防控对策研究

目的研究某部肺结核发生规律及其影响因素，提出防控对策。方法利用“军队突发公共卫生事件和传染病疫情报告信息系统”对2009—2011年某部所属医疗卫生机构报告的肺结核疫情资料进行统计分析。结果2009—2011年某部报告肺结核数占传染病报告总数的22．93％，发病序位由2009年的第3位升至2010、2011年的第1位；在人群分布上，男性占97．33％，女性占2．67％，干部占报告总数的21．33％，战士占75．33％，其他人员占3．33％；在时间分布上，3月份发病例数最多，5月份次之，6月份报告例数最少，不同月份发病数不同，形成一条自3月份开始每隔1个月出现1个明显上升的曲线。结论某部肺结核疫情对官兵健康构成较大威胁。应做好以肺结核为主的呼吸道传染病的监测、报告和治疗工作，减轻该类传染病对部队健康的危害。

Study on report status and prevention and control measures of tuberculosis in a certain troop from 2009 to 2011

Objective To study the occurrence regularity and influence factors of tuberculosis in a certain troop, so as to provide prevention and control measures. Methods The statistic analysis was conducted on the 2009 2011 tuberculosis epidemic situation of this troop by using military emergent events of public health and in- fectious diseases report system. Results The amount of tuberculosis from 2009 to 2011 accounted for 22.93%. During the past three years, the incidence order rose from 3rd to 1st. On population distribution, male cases accounted for 97.33% , and female cases accounted for 2.67% ; Cadre cases and solider cases re- spectively accounted for 21.33% and 75.33% , and other personnel cases accounted for 3.33% ; On tempo- ral distribution, the morbidity cases reached peak in March, and the cases in May took the second place, while the cases in June achieved the minimum. The morbidity cases of each month shaped a regular curve that occurred a obvious rise every other month after March. Conclusions The incidence rate of tuberculosis in this troop posed a large threat to the troop. In order to reduce the harm to military health, the prevention and con- trol measures of respiratory infectious diseases （especially tuberculosis） which included monitoring, report and treatment should be enhanced.
