降脂胶囊对高脂血症小鼠血脂及抗氧化系统的影响

目的观察降脂胶囊对实验性小鼠高脂血症的调节作用及抗氧化系统的影响。方法将72只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、胶囊低、中、高剂量组、脂必妥组,各组分别按剂量灌胃给予受试物。45d后取血测定血脂及肝脏SOD、GSH-PX、MAD含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠血脂及相关抗氧化指标有统计学差异(P<0.05);与模型组小鼠相比,降脂胶囊中、高剂量组和脂必妥组可降低模型小鼠血清TG、TC和LDL的含量,升高HDL,apoA水平;使肝组织SOD活性、GSH-Px活力上升,MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论降脂胶囊具有较好的血脂调节作用,可以有效提高肝组织抗氧化系统活性,其血脂调节作用可能和其抗氧化功能有关。

Effects of lipid- lowering capsule on blood lipid and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia mice

Objective To observe the effects of lipid - lowering capsule on blood lipid and antioxidant enzyme system in hyperlipidemia mice. Method 72 male ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal control group, model group, low, middle and high dose lipid -lowering capsule group, and Zhibituo group. Every group was fed test substance according dose respectively. After 45 days, blood lipid and the content of liver SOD, GSH- PX, MAD were determined. Results There were statistical differences between model and control groups on blood lipid and anti - oxidative enzymes capacity （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Compared with the normal control group, middle and high dose Lipid - lowering capsule and Zhibituo groups could reduce the serum TG TC and LDL - C content, as well as increase the level of HDL and apoA, so as to enhance SOD and GSH - Px activities, decreased MDA contents significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Lipid - lowering capsule had good regulating effects on blood fat, which can improve the activity of liver tissue antioxidant system, and its regulating effects may be related with antioxidant function.
