江苏省常州市禽流感密切接触职业人群防治知识和防护行为调查

目的了解江苏省常州市禽流感密切接触职业人群人高致病性禽流感防治知识和防护行为现状,为制定该类人群禽流感职业防护策略提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取常州市禽流感密切接触职业人员102名进行禽流感防治知识和防护行为的问卷调查,同时采集血清和环境标本检测禽流感抗体。结果调查对象对禽流感知晓率达到96.1%,对传染源和传播途径的知晓率为56.9%和91.2%;从业人员佩戴防护手套、防护帽和防护口罩的分别为96.1%、86.3%和76.5%,工作后洗澡和消毒的占51.0%;养殖场和屠宰场的从业人员在知晓率和防护行为方面明显好于活禽批发市场人员。结论常州市禽流感密切接触职业人群具有一定的人禽流感基础知识和较高的职业防护意识,但与安全要求相比还有一定的差距,需要加强活禽批发市场从业人群的宣传教育。

Investigation on prevention and control knowledge and behavior of people with close contact of avian influenza in Changzhou of Jiangsu.

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge and behavior on prevention and control of highly pathogenic avian influenza among people with close contact of avian influenza in Changzhou, so as to provide scientific evidence to constitute the preventive policy for avian influenza to these people. Methods A total of 102 people who were contacted with avian influenza were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling method. At the same time, they were collected with serum and detected with avian influenza antibody by envi- ronmental specimen. Results The rate of awareness about avian influenza was 96. 1%. The rate of awareness about source and transmission was 56. 9% and 91.2%, respectively. The rate of taking glove, hat and respi- rator was 96. 1%, 86. 3% and 76.5%, respectively. The rate of disinfection or cleaning after working was 51.0%. The awareness and protective behavior of practitioners on farm and slaughterhouse were significantly better than that of workers on wholesale market. Conclusions People with close contact of avian influenza had some knowledge on avian influenza and higher occupation protection consciousness, but there is still certain gap with safety requirement. We need to strengthen education to live poultry wholesale market practitioners.
