金葵胃药对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察金葵胃药(JK)对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法采用幽门结扎致胃黏膜损伤模型,观察各组胃黏膜损伤程度以及JK对胃酸分泌的影响。结果JK(90,180,360mg/kg)剂量组可不同程度地减轻胃黏膜损伤,减少胃液分泌,抑制胃蛋白酶活性。有降低胃酸趋势,但无统计学意义。结论JK对急性胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制与减轻胃黏膜攻击因子有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of Jinkui Weiyao( JK) on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods The rat model of gastric mucosal lesion was induced by ligating pylorus. The lesion of mucous membrane was observed and the secretion of gastric juice was measured in each experimental group.Results Compared with the model group , JK ( 90, 180, 360 mg/kg ) could reduce the acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats to different degrees, decrease the secretion of gastric juice and inhibit the pepsin activity; meanwhile JK could lower the acidity of gastric juice but the difference was insignificant. Conclusion JK has a protective effect on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats, its therapeutic mechanism is related to the decrease of aggressive factors attacking to gastric mucosa.
