昏迷患者醒脑开窍针法促醒治疗的临床观察

目的观察醒脑开窍针法对昏迷患者的促醒治疗作用。方法对32例昏迷患者采用Glasgow昏迷评分,随后给予醒脑开窍针法针刺介入治疗,6月后评价治疗效果。结果经过醒脑开窍针刺治疗后Glasgow昏迷评分有所增加,治疗前后Glasgow评分比较,P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义,苏醒率为78.13%,总有效率为84.38%。结论醒脑开窍针法对于昏迷患者具有一定的促醒作用。

Clinical Observation on Xingnao Acupuncture for Wake-Promoting Treatment of Coma Patients

Objective To observe the wake-promoting effcet of acuputure method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation (xingnaokaiqiao) on coma patients.Method By Glasgow coma score method on 32 patients,taking the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation (xingnaokaiqiao),to evaluate the therapeutic effect 6 monthes later.Results After taking the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation (xingnaokaiqiao),Glasgow score had improved,P﹤0.05,the comparison had statistically significant difference before and after the treatment.The rate of regain consciousness was 78.13%,with the total effective rate of 84.38%.Conclusion The acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation (xingnaokaiqiao) has some effect on coma patients.
