| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗临床疗效的影响。方法：60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，两组均给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施个性化的生理和心理护理干预，两个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：个性化护理干预可显著提升患者的治疗依从性，改善患者对疾病的认知程度，提高临床治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients with lumbar dish herniation by conservative treatment. Methods： 60 patients with lumbar dish herniation were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 30） and control group （n = 30） , both groups were given routine nursing, observation group was given physical intervention and psychological nursing on top of routine nursing. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after two months. Results： Clinical therapeutic effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient＇s awareness and also treatment effect. |
