| 血清25-羟维生素D3水平与哮喘患儿免疫功能的相关性研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨哮喘患儿血清25-羟维生素D3[25-（OH）D3]水平与免疫功能变化的关系。方法：选取10例健康儿童为A组,26例应用维生素D哮喘患儿为B组,53例未用维生素D哮喘患儿为C组。用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清25-（OH）D3的水平,免疫比浊法检测IgA、IgG及IgM,碱性磷酸酶及抗碱性磷酸酶法行T细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋）的测定。结果：B、C组患儿的25-（OH）D3、IgA及CD4＋显著低于A组（P〈0.05）,C组显著低于B组（P〈0.05）;B、C组CD4＋/CD8＋显著高于A组（P〈0.05）,C组显著高于B组（P〈0.05）;B组与C组CD8＋差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但均低于A组（P〈0.05）;B组与C组IgM差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但均高于A组（P〈0.05）;25-（OH）D3水平与IgA、CD＋4呈正相关,与CD＋4/CD＋8之值呈负相关。结论：哮喘患儿血清25-（OH）D3水平降低,免疫功能紊乱,25-（OH）D3水平与免疫功能有相关性,应用维生素D制剂可改善患儿免疫功能。 |
