| 摘 要： | 目的：调查分析新疆少数民族医学生心理健康状况并探讨其影响因素。方法：采用90项精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）随机抽取新疆某医科高校在校维吾尔族、哈萨克族、柯尔克孜族医学生进行测评，并进行比较分析。结果：少数民族医学生心理问题检出率为19．3％。少数民族女生与男生在偏执因子分间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：少数民族大学生的心理健康状况不容忽视，应根据少数民族大学生心理健康状况特点，开展相应的心理健康促进活动。 |

Investigation on the status of psychological health of minority medical students in Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the mental health of minority medical students, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： Using a self-made content psychological questionnaire （SCL）- 90 the mental health of minority medical students randomly selected were evaluated, and then comparison of ethnic minorities was made. Results：The results showed that 19.3% minority undergraduate medical student had psychological problems. There was a significant difference with paranoid factor scores between minority undergraduate male and female medical students. Conclusion： More attention should be paid to mental health of minority undergraduates. Mental health promotion activities should be developed according to mental health status of minority undergraduates. |
