| 摘 要： | 观察结缔组织生长因子肽（P1c）对大鼠凝血参数的影响。方法：大鼠连续五天静脉注射不同剂量（2、4、8 mg？kg－1）的P1c，测定凝血参数。结果：阳性抗凝血肝素钠组与生理盐水组相比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05），低、中、高剂量的P1c 与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：P1c 对大鼠凝血参数没有明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effects of connective tissue growth factor peptide（P1c） on the blood conglomeration parameters in rats. Methods： P1c was injected via the femoral vein of rats at the dose of 2,4,and 8 mg？kg-1 for five days.The serum level of prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）,fibrinogen （FIB） and thrombin time （TT） were measured. Results： The positive heparin groups showed significant difference as compared with the normal saline groups（p〈0.05）.While no significant difference was noted between the groups of low middle and high dose of P1c and the normal saline groups（p〉0.05）. Conclusion： P1c has no side effect on coagulation system. |
