不同类型颈动脉斑块与血清高敏C反应蛋白水平相关性研究

摘    要:目的:研究不同类型颈动脉斑块与血清中高敏C反应蛋白水平的相关性。方法:收集我院住院病人60例,分别检查每位患者左右侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉及颈外动脉,观察斑块大小、形态及性质,检测每位患者血清中高敏C反应蛋白的浓度,并与50例正常者进行对照分析,研究总结二者之间的相关性。结果:不同类型颈动脉斑块患者血清中高敏C反应蛋白的浓度不同,软斑组较硬斑组高,但均较正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义;混合斑块组升高程度介于软斑与硬斑组之间。结论:颈动脉斑块患者血清中高敏C反应蛋白的浓度较正常人高,不同类型斑块患者血清高敏C反应蛋白浓度也有差异,可以作为临床防治急性事件的诊断依据之一。

Abstract:Objective: To study the dependencies on different type of carotid artery plaque and serum C-reactive protein levels in patients. Methods: Sixty cases of inpatients were collected in our hospital, each patient's common carotid artery, internal carotid artery and the external carotid artery were checked, the size of plaque, and its shape, nature were observed, each patient's serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein concentrations were tested, then the correlations with 50 healthy peoples were analysised. Results: Different type of carotid artery plaque in patients had different serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels. It was higher in soft spot group than that in hard spot group, but those in the two groups were all higher than that in the normal group, there were significant statistical differences. The mixed plaques group had a high degree between the groups of soft spots and hard spots. Conclusion: The Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with carotid artery plaques were higher than that in normal group, there were significant differences of the serum C- reactive protein levels in patients with different types of plaques, which could be used as one of the clinical diagnosis of an acute event.
