消毒麻醉机内部管路使用有效时间的研究

摘    要:目的:了解麻醉机内部管路污染情况,探讨消毒麻醉机内部管路使用有效时间。方法:采集我院60台麻醉机内部管路的进口和出口内表面,随机分为两组。实验组为40台,对照组为20台。实验组消毒内部管路后,在使用后的第1、2、3、4、5、6、7天后分别进行采样。对照组消毒后在不使用的情况下,采样时间与实验组相同。比较两组麻醉机污染率。结果:麻醉机污染微生物中细菌占83.61%,真菌占16.39%,并且进口端污染严重;实验组和对照组间第4、5、6、7天之间的污染率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组组间污染率比较,第4天和第7天污染率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:麻醉机内部管路污染严重,使用消毒机消毒后有效使用时间为7 d。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the contamination of internal circuits of anesthesia machine,and to explore the effective time after disinfecting internal circuits of anesthesia machine. Methods: Sixty sets of anesthesia machine from our hospital were enrolled in the study. The inner surfaces of import and export circuits were samples to evaluate the contamination. Sixty anesthesia machines were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group had 40 anesthesia machines,and the control group had 20 anesthesia machines. The two groups were indisfected. After the experimental group was used in the operation 1,2,3,4,5,6,and 7 d,bacterial culture test was run at each time poits. The control group was not used,and bacterial culture test was run at the same time. Anesthesia machine contamination rats were compared. Results: Bacteriums accounted for 83. 61%,fungus accounted for 16. 39%,and the import circuits had massive contamination. The contamination rates between experimental and control groups in 4,5,6,7 d were different,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The contamination rate between 4 d and 7 d in experiment group was different. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The effective time after disinfecting internal circuits of anesthesia machine is 7 d.
