育龄妇女细菌性阴道病影响因素分析

目的：探讨育龄妇女细菌性阴道病（BV）的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析3128例育龄妇女阴道分泌物的检测结果及BV的相关因素。结果：3128例受检者中1024例BV检测结果呈现阳性，阳性率为32．74％，其中20—30岁育龄妇女阳性率明显高于其他年龄段；4～6月份和7～9月份的阳性率明显高于其他月份；文化程度越高，阳性率越低；阳性患者的霉菌和滴虫感染率明显高于阴性患者；经检验，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：细菌性阴道病的发生与季节、年龄以及文化程度密切相关。

Study the effect factors of bacterial vaginal disease in fertile women

Objective： To explore the influence facotors of bacterial vaginosis （BV） in fertile women. Methods： 3 128 cases of fertile woman were selected, Vaginal secretions test results and related factors of BV were analyzed retrospectively. Results： BV test was positive in 1 024 cases from 3 128 cases, positive rate was 32.74%. 20-30 years old fertile women positive rate was much higher than in other ages. April to June and July to September the testing positive rate were obviously higher than the other month of the year. The higher level of education, the lower the rate of positive. Infection rate of mold and trichomonas in BV-positive patients was higher than BV-negative patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： BV occurrence is closely related to season, age and educational level.
