糖尿病肾病患者尿沉渣分析的临床意义

目的:探讨糖尿病患者尿沉渣中有形成分的变化情况及其临床意义。方法:利用XJX-1A细胞计数形态综合分析仪对125名正常体检者1、224例糖尿病患者(分为无肾病并发症、糖尿病肾病轻、中、重四组)的尿沉渣进行分析。结果:糖尿病合并肾病的患者的尿沉渣中红细胞、白细胞、管型及小圆上皮细胞明显高于正常对照(P<0.05),且异形红细胞明显增多,各患者组间管型和小圆上皮细胞也有显著性差异(P<0.05),随着糖尿病肾病的加重尿沉渣中小圆上皮细胞增多管型反而减少甚至消失;重度的糖尿病肾病者易致霉菌感染。结论:利用XJX-1A细胞计数.形态综合分析仪对尿沉渣有形成分分析对糖尿病肾病的诊断、疾病的进程以及疗效观察有重要意义。

The Clinical Signification of Urine Microscopic Examination in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

Objective To study the changes and the clinical value of visible component in the urine microscopic examination of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods We analyzed the urine microscopic examination by XJX-1A cell count and conformation assay for the 125 normal controls,1224 diabetic patients.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05) between diabetic nephropathy patients and normal controls for the RBC,WBC,cervical type and low-transitional epithelium;The ameboid RBC of diabetic nephropathy patients increase;There were significant differences(P<0.05) in different patients groups for the cervical type and low-transitional epithelium;With the aggravation of diabetic nephropathy patients,the low-transitional epithelium in urine increase,while the cervical type decrease,even disappear.Conclusion It is important for the diagnosis,progress and the curative effect of diseases in the analysis of urine microscopic examination by XJX-1A cell count and conformation assay.
