妊娠高血压疾病患者生活质量及社会支持调查

目的调查并分析妊娠高血压疾病患者生活质量与社会支持情况。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对95例妊娠高血压疾病患者(观察组)和80例健康孕产妇(对照组)进行调查分析。结果观察组的生活质量各领域评分均明显低于对照组,且其家庭内支持、家庭外支持评分和社会支持总分明显低于对照组(均P0.01);观察组的生活质量评分与社会支持总分呈显著正相关。结论妊娠高血压疾病患者的生活质量较差,获得的社会支持较少,护理人员应协助患者获得更多的社会支持,提高其生活质量。

Survey on Quality of Life and Social Support in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

Objective To investigate the quality of life and social support in pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods WHOQOL-BREF and PSSS were used to survey on 95 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension （observation group） and 80 healthy pregnant women （control group）. Results The scores of the quality of life were markedly lower in the observation group than those in the control group, and the scores of the social support inside and outside family and total social support were also much lower （all P〈0.01）. The scores of the quality of life showed a significantly direct relation to those of the social support. Conclusion The quality of life is poor in pregnancy-induced hypertension, with less social support and the nursing staff should help them obtain more social support to raise their life quality.
