| 摘 要： | 目的:比较FX玻璃离子水门汀(以下简称FX)与光固化复合树脂修复前磨牙楔形缺损的临床效果。方法:选择前磨牙楔形缺损的患者 128例 236个患牙进行修复治疗,将患牙随机分为两组,一组用FX修复,另一组用光固化复合树脂修复,经 6个月、1年、2年观察,比较修复的成功率。结果:FX、光固化复合树脂的 2年成功率分别为 87. 76%和 86. 86%。统计学上无显著差异。结论:FX与光固化复合树脂修复楔形缺损效果均较满意。

| Abstract: | AIM:To compare the clinical effects of glass iomer cement FX and light cure resin in restoring the dental wedge-shaped defects.METHODS:128 cases of 236 premolar teeth with dental wdge-shaped defects were randomly divided into two groups-one group restored by FX and the other group restored by light cure resin.The clinical effects after 6 months to 2 years were observed.RESULTS:The successful rates at 2 years reyexamination of FX group and light cure resin group were 87.76% and 86.89% respectively.The statistically significant was no difference.CONCLUSION:In comparing with FX and light cure resin,all were effective in restoring dental wedge-shaped defects.FX is a kind of convenient effective material. |
