| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC双通道法测定精制银翘解毒胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量。方法用C18柱为固定相,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶0.15)为流动相,检测波长分别为257nm、327nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸进样量分别在0.4490~2.2450μg、0.1156~0.5780μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.9999、0.9997(n=7),其平均回收率(n=5)分别为100.2%,99.9%。结论此方法可靠、准确、专属性强。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To esteblish an HPLC method for the determinetion of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic acid in Jingzhiyinqiaojiedu Capsules.MEHTODS The C_(18)column was used,the mobile phase was consisted of Methanol-water-acetic acid(15∶85∶0.15),and the detection wavelength were at 257nm and 327nm.RESULTS The standard curves of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic acid were linear in range of 0.4490～2.2450ug(r=0.9999,n=7),0.1156～0.5780μg(r=0.9997,n=7),respectively,and the average recoveries were 100.2%,99.9%.CONCLUSION The method was reliable,accurate and specific. |
