摘    要:
 目的探讨抑癌基因LKB1在子宫内膜样腺癌及正常组织的表达差异及其与肿瘤临床病理因素和微血管密度的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测LKB1在50例子宫内膜样腺癌和30例子宫内膜单纯性增生组织中的表达,并通过检测CD34在子宫内膜样腺癌的表达确定肿瘤微血管密度。结果LKB1在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达低于子宫内膜单纯性增生组织(P=0.033);在子宫内膜样腺癌中,LKB1的低表达与肿瘤细胞低分化、肌层浸润≥1/2及高微血管密度相关(P=0.022,P=0.035,P=0.030)。结论LKB1能够抑制子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、新生血管形成及侵袭能力。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene LKB1 in endometrial carcinoma and normal proliferative endometrium samples,and assess their correlations with clinicopathological parameters and microvessel density.Methods The expression levels of LKB1 in normal proliferative endometrium samples and endometrial carcinoma samples were measured by immunohistochemistry.The microvessel density was determined using CD34 staining.Results The expression of LKB1 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly lower than normal proliferative endometrium (P=0.033).In endometrial cancer,decreased LKB1 expression was significantly related to poor differentiation,myometrial invasion≥1/2 and high microvessel density (P=0.022,P=0.035 and P=0.030,respectively).Conclusion LKB1 may negatively regulate carcinogenesis,angiogenesis and progression in endometrial carcinoma.
