| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与血白细胞的关系。方法用高分辨超声技术检测112例患者颈动脉斑块，并将其分组。检测各组患者血白细胞水平。结果稳定斑块组与无斑块组比较，血白细胞值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不稳定斑块组与稳定斑块组、无斑块组比较，血白细胞值均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论不稳定斑块患者血血白细胞增高，血白细胞与斑块稳定性相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the carotid atherosclerosis plaque and white blood cell （ WBC ） count in type 2 diabetes mellitus （ T2DM ）. Methods The carotid atherosclerosis plaques were examined in 112 T2DM patients with high resolution ultrasonography. The patients were divided in- to three groups. White blood cell count were detected. Results The level of WBC has no statistical significant difference between patients with no plaque and patients with stable plaque （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The level of WBC in pa- tients with unstable plaque was significant different compared with patients with no plaque and patients with sta- ble plaque （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of WBC increased significantly in T2DM patients with unstable plaque. WBC was correlated with the stabilization of carotid atherosclerosis plaques. |
