| 摘 要： | 采取多阶段分层、整群抽样的方法，在新疆生产建设兵团（以下简称兵团）抽上师，１３５５９人进行家庭入户健康询问调查、采用单因素分析与多因素ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析，结果表明：医疗服务需要受到年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、医疗费用负担方式、家庭规模、吸烟等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Author adopts multi-stage,stratified,cluster sampling method,sampled 13 559 persons in xin-jiang production construction carps,by the continuing household health interview survey we have found that:health care have been influenced by many factors, they were age,sex,education,occupation,marriage, medical payment,home scale and smoking et al. |
