Lin An city carried out the National promoting and strengthening program of tuberculosis control in 1994. At that time, the case - finding rate was 63. 13% and decreased to 52. 94% in three years. The case-centralized members were no increased and the case - finding way were mainly in the town hospital, the country hospital and the institute of prevention and cure of TB. Hai Ling was not a projected city, the case - finding rate was raised from 15. 70% in 1994 to 46. 76% in 1997 that was effected by the adjured city of carried out the National promoting and strengthenign program of tuberculosis control, the Case-finding way was as same as that of Lin An city.
