| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年抑郁症的临床特征及与发病有关的因素.方法:采用自制调查表,对74例老年抑郁症(老年组)与78例早发性抑郁症(对照组)的临床特征进行对比分析.结果:老年抑郁症有精神因素和躯体因素诱发者均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),抑郁症发作时的严重程度明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:老年抑郁症与早发性抑郁症可能是不同的疾病实体.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the correlation factors of the clinical characters of elderly depression.Methods:With self-design investigation scale,74 patients with elderly depression(old group) and early-onset of 78 patients with depression (control group) were compared.Results:The elderly depression were more frequently occasioned by psychological and physical factors,compared with the control group ( P <0.05),and the symptom was more severe ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The elderly depression and the early-onset depression may be different categories.
