微型钢板内固定治疗髁状突颈部骨折的效果

①目的 探讨微型钢板内固定治疗髁状突颈部骨折的效果。②方法 对15例髁状突颈部骨折的病人，采用耳前切口手术入路，将骨折复位后行微型钢板内固定，同时对损伤的关节囊、关节盘进行修复，术后病人早期进行张口训练。③结果 15例病人骨折愈合良好，He关系正常，开口度良好。④结论 微型钢板内固定是治疗髁状突颈部骨折的一种良好的方法，特别是对伴有关节盘、关节囊损伤及骨折移位较明显的病人较为实用。

THE OUTCOME OF MICROPLATE RIGID FIXATION FOR CONDYLAR NECK FRACTURES

Objective\ To evaluate the outcome of condylar neck fractures by using microplate rigid fixation. \ Methods Fifteen cases with condylar neck fractures were treated with microplate rigid fixation after reduction of the fractures through preauricular approach. The injured articular disc and capsule were repaired. Early open mouth training carried out. \ Results\ The fractures healed well in all patients. Normal occlusion and good opening of the mouth achieved. \ Conclusion\ Microplate rigid fixation is a good therapy for condylar neck fracture, and applicable to those accompany with displacement of fracture and injury of articular disc and /or capsule in particular.
