急性卒中后肺炎对卒中近期预后影响的前瞻性分析

目的探讨急性卒中后肺炎对卒中近期预后的影响。方法选取本院治疗的急性卒中后肺炎患者37例作为肺炎组,同时随机选择37例未感染肺炎的患者作为对照组,分析两组患者的临床资料。结果两组患者神经功能缺损改善程度无明显差异;对照组残障程度及日常生活能力的改善要明显优于肺炎组;肺炎组患者并发症、死亡率及住院时间、费用均明显高于对照组。结论急性卒中后肺炎是影响卒中患者近期预后的一个重要因素。

Prospective analysis of acute pneumonia after stroke recent stroke influence prognosis

Objective To explore the acute pneumonia after stroke recent stroke influence prognosis. Methods The hospital treatment of acute pneumonia after stroke was 37 cases of pneumonia patients as a group, and random selection of 37 cases of pneumonia patients not infection as control group, analyzed the clinical data of two groups of patients. Results Two groups of patients, the improvement of the neurologic deficits no obvious difference; The control group disabled degree and the daily life of the ability to improve significantly better than pneumonia group; Pneumonia patients, mortality and complications of hospital stay, cost were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Acute pneumonia after stroke recent stroke influence prognosis of patients with stroke recently is an important factor.
