| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者的诊治方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2011年3月收治的甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者43例,观察其临床表现及治疗效果。结果 39例患者心血管症状基本消失;2例误诊为风湿性心脏病,1例误诊为扩张性心肌病,治疗效果差;1例死亡。结论临床工作中,应注意对甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病提高警惕,避免发生误诊或漏诊而影响患者疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnoses and treatment methods and clinical efficacy of the patients with hyperthyroid heart disease.Methods Forty three cases of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease in our hospital from January 2005 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,and then the clinical manifestations and efficacy were observed.Results The cardiovascular symptoms of 39 cases disappeared;2 cases were mistaken for rheumatic heart disease,1 case was mistaken for dilated cardiomyopathy,the efficacy of the 3 cases were poor;and 1 case died.Conclusion Physicians shall improve vigilance to the hyperthyroid heart disease to avoid misdiagnosis or missing diagnosis which can influence the efficacy. |
