黄芪提高乙型肝炎患者自身免疫作用有效性的临床观察

目的临床证实黄芪提高乙型肝炎患者自身免疫的作用。方法观察乙型肝炎患者用黄芪治疗前后主要病毒学指标的变化。结果黄芪能够抑制HBsAg、HBeAg的分泌,使乙肝血清标志物HBsAg（＋）、HBeAg（＋）、HBcAb（＋）转换为HBsAg（＋）、HBeAb（＋）、HBcAb（＋）,有效率达70%,实现免疫调节功能。结论黄芪是最常用的中药之一,对常规治疗数疗程仍无明显改善的乙型肝炎患者有良好的治疗效果,且价廉易得,值得推广。

Clinical observation of Astragalus to improve autoimmune function of patients with hepatitis B

Objective To prove the autoimmune function of patients with hepatitis B of Astragalus. Methods Main virological indicators of patients with hepatitis B were observed before and after treatment with Astragalus. Results Astragalus could inhibit the secretion of HbsAg and HBeAg, to make the hepatitis B serum markers of HBsAg(+), HBeAg(+) and HBcAb(+) converted to HBsAg(+), HBeAb(+)and HBcAb(+), and achieved the immune function. The general efficiency was about 70 percent. Conclusion Astragalus is most commonly used for patients with no significant improvement treated by conventional methods, and has good therapeutic effect. Astragalus is also cheap and easy to get, which is worthy of promotion.
