腹腔镜和开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术临床疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜和开腹手术子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法将本院2009年6月～2011年5月行子宫肌瘤剔除术的60例患者按患者意愿分为开腹组和腹腔镜组各30例,分别采用常规开腹子宫肌瘤切除术和腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对两组患者术中及术后临床指标进行比较。结果腹腔镜组术后排气时间、住院时间及术后体温恢复时间均短于开腹组,术中镇静剂的使用次数及出血量少于开腹组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、对腹腔干扰少、术后恢复快、疼痛发生率低及住院时间短等优势,是治疗子宫肌瘤的理想术式之一。

Clinical observation on hysteromyomectomy treated with laparoscopy and laparotomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteromyomectomy treated by laparoscopy and laparotomy. Methods Sixty patients with hysteromyomectomy from June 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital were divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group, each group had 30 cases, who were given laparoscopy and laparotomy respectively, the effects of operation and recovery of two groups were compared before and after operation. Results The temperature recovery time, hospitalization time and anus exhaust time of laparoscopy group were less than that of laparotomy group, The blood loss and frequency of analgesics of laparoscopy group was less than that of laparotomy group, there were significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hysteromyomectomy with laparoscopy has advantages of micro-invasion, little blood loss, rapid postoperative recovery, low incidence of pain and the shorter hospitalization time and so on, so it is an ideal treatment of uterine myoma surgery method.
