| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产后护理指导对产妇健康的影响。方法将200例初产妇分为实验组和对照组各100例，对照组未采用特别的护理指导措施，实验组进行产后护理指导，比较两组不同疾病的发生情况、婴儿护理及母乳喂养技能情况。结果实验组不同疾病的发生情况、婴儿护理及母乳喂养技能情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论产褥期给予适当的护理指导，可更好地促进产妇身体康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the postnatal care and guidance on maternal health. Methods Two hundred cases of primipara were divided into experimental and control group, 100 cases in each group, the control group was not given special care and guidance measures, the experimental group was given postnatal care and guidance, the incidence of different diseases, infant care and breastfeeding skills situation of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of the disease in different circumstances, the skills of baby care and breast-feeding than the control group. Conclusion The proper care and guidance of the puerperium can promote maternal physical rehabilitation. |
