艾司西酞普兰治疗儿童青少年抑郁症的临床研究

目的观察艾司西酞普兰治疗儿童青少年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法对50例儿童青少年抑郁症患者给予艾司西酞普兰治疗4周。于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效,采用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果入组患者于治疗第1周末起,汉密尔顿抑郁量表和汉密尔顿焦虑量表总分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01）,并随治疗时间的延长而持续下降;治疗4周末艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁的有效率达86.0%。不良反应主要为消化系统症状,多于治疗初期出现,无需特殊处理即可逐渐自行缓解。结论艾司西酞普兰临床治疗儿童青少年抑郁症安全有效。

Escitalopram in the treatment of children and adolescent depression

Objective To assess the effectiveness and tolerability of escitalopram for the treatment of children and adolescents with depressive disorder. Methods Fifty children and adolescents with depressive disorder treated with escitalopram at least four weeks. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) were performed at baseline, the end of 1 week, two weeks, and four weeks after treatment. Results Significant decrease (P < 0.01) of the score of HAMD and HAMA was found at the end of 1 week compared to the baseline values. The depressive symptom was improved continously during the treatment. At the end of 4 weeks, the effective rate was 86.0%. The majority of adverse events of escitloprm were gastrointestinal symptoms. Since the adverse events were mild, it is easy to tolerant. Conclusion Escitalopram is effective and well tolerated in the treatment of children and adolencents with depression.
