| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察补脾肾活血中药对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的影响及其机制。方法 :用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)制备糖尿病大鼠模型 ,12周后 ,测定肾功能指标、糖化血红蛋白、血清和肾皮质糖基化终产物 (AGEs)水平 ,并观察大鼠肾脏结构。结果 :补脾肾活血中药组治疗后血糖、尿蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、血清和肾皮质 AGEs都显著低于糖尿病组(P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,且肾脏病理改变得以改善。结论 :补脾肾活血中药能够通过降低血糖、尿蛋白和抑制蛋白非酶糖化 ,防治糖尿病肾病的发生和发展

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effectof bupishen huoxue therapy on renal pathological changes in diabetic rats.Methods:Diabetic models were made by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,at the end of the1 2 th week,the serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen( BUN) ,proteinuria,glycated hemoglogin ( GHb) ,and advanced glycosylation end products( AGEs) in serum and renal tissue were measured.Results: The serum creatinine,BUN,proteinuria,blood glucose,GHb,and AGEs were significantly decreased in Chinese medicine group as compared with diabetes group( P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 ) ,and the abnormal changes in kidney morphology were ameliorated.Conclusion:Bupishen huoxue therapy can ameliorate diabetic nephropathy by reduced blood glucose,proteinuria and AGEs. |
