四氯化碳综合法诱导大鼠肝硬化模型方法的探讨

摘    要:
目的 探讨建立一种理想的大鼠肝硬化模型的复制方法。方法  80只雄性 SD大鼠随机分为两组 ,实验组 (4 0只 )诱导期间四氯化碳浓度在一定范围内逐步增加 ,并用食用白酒替代医用乙醇溶液 ;对照组 (4 0只 )用传统的诱导方法进行诱导。观察两组大鼠在经四氯化碳等处理后的死亡率和肝脏假小叶的形成率。结果 实验组 4 0只 SD大鼠肝硬化模型诱导 9周共死亡 3只 ,死亡率 7.5 % ;对照组死亡率 1 7.5 % (P<0 .0 5 )。实验组 36只大鼠观察到肝硬化结节形成及镜下假小叶形成 ,假小叶的形成率为 90 .0 % ;对照组假小叶的形成率为 75 .0 % (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 适度提高四氯化碳的浓度并采用食用白酒替代医用乙醇溶液诱导大鼠肝硬化模型死亡率低 ,成功率高

Abstract:
Objective To investigate an ideal means to induce cirrhotic model in rats.Methods 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into experiment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The experiment group were treated with CCl 4 and eatable alcohol and the concentration of CCl 4 and eatable alcohol were increased stage by stage in a certain range during the experiment.The control group were treated with traditionary means.The formation rate of liver cirrhosis false lobe and mortality in two groups were oberved after treated with CCl 4 Results After being indused with above means for 9 weeks,the rat mortalyty of experiment group was 7 5%,and the formation rate of liver cirrhosis false lobe was 90 0%.The rat mortality of control group was 17 5%,and the formation rate of liver cirrhosis false lobe was 75 0%(P<0 05).Conclusion The cirrhotic model in rats were induced by moderately increasing the concentration of CCl 4 and adopting eatable alcohol instead of ethanol showed a low mortality and high success rate.
