消炎利胆口服液利胆抗炎实验

目的:通过动物实验探讨消炎利胆口服液的利胆、抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠利胆试验观察消炎利胆口服液的利胆作用,用小鼠耳肿胀试验和小鼠毛细血管通透性试验观察消炎利胆口服液的抗炎作用。结果:该制剂可提高小鼠胆汁分泌量;能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀;对醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔炎症可降低其毛细血管通透性。结论:消炎利胆口服液有利胆、抗炎作用。

Experimental Research on XiaoYan LiDan Oral Solution of Cholagogic and Anti-inflammatory Effects

Objective：This article discusses XiaoYa nLiDan（XYLD） oral solution ofcholagogic and anti-inflammatory effects by the animal experimentation. Methods：Based on the animal experiment of XYLD oral solution, the cholagogic and anti-inflammatory effects were observed to test ear swell and permeability of capillary vessel in mouse. Results： The experiment shows the Chinese medicine can enhance the amount of bile secretion, suppress the swelling ear and decrease the permeability of capillary vessel for the mouse with abdominal cavity inflammation caused by dimethyl benzene. Conclusion： XYLD oral solution has cholagogic and anti-inflammatory effects.
