| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后外周血免疫功能检测在评价新辅助化疗疗效中的应用价值。方法采用流式细胞术检测113例乳腺癌患者在新辅助化疗前后的静脉血免疫功能水平变化情况,评价新辅助化疗疗效,以病理学评价为金标准,与临床触诊、乳腺超声和乳腺钼靶评价标准进行比较。结果免疫功能法评价新辅助化疗疗效灵敏度、特异度和准确率(84%、60%和79%)均高于临床触诊及乳腺钼靶评价方式,与乳腺超声评价方式相似。结论检测乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后免疫功能水平可作为评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy by detecting immune function in breast cancer patients. METHODS The immune function of 113 breast cancer patients were detected by flow-cytometry before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, pathological evaluation as the gold standard, comparison with clinical exam, ultrasound and mammography. RESULTS The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of immune function method are 84%, 60% and 79%. It is same as ultrasound but higher than the mammography or clinical exam method. CONCLUSION The immune function can be used as an effective method to evaluate the neoadjuvant chemotherapy. |
