藿香正气液对湿困脾胃证模型小鼠的作用研究

目的:建立湿困脾胃证模型小鼠,观察藿香正气液对模型小鼠的胃肠道功能的作用影响。方法:30只KM种小鼠随机分为湿困脾胃证模型组、治疗组,正常组,每组10只。模型组每日灌服熟地混合液(0.5ml/只)并置于人工气候箱中饲养8h;治疗组除按模型组方法饲养外每日还需灌服藿香正气液(0.5ml/只);空白对照组置于常温环境下饲养并每日灌服蒸馏水(1ml/只)。建模6d后通过观察小鼠的一般体征、胃排空和肠推进能力、胃肠病理组织病变等方面来了解小鼠胃肠功能的改变。结果:与正常组相比,模型组小鼠胃排空和肠推进能力下降,胃肠组织炎症水肿,粘液分泌增多,经藿香正气液治疗后基本恢复到正常水平。结论:藿香正气液有改善湿困脾胃证小鼠胃肠功能失调的作用,这可能是其防治湿困脾胃证的作用机制之一。

The function of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid against Shikun Piwei syndrome model mouse

Objective:To establish Shikun Piwei syndrome model mice,to observe the effect of Huoxiangzhengqi liquid against Shikun Piwei syndrome model mouse.Methods:30 KM mice were randomly divided into Shikun Piwei syndrome group,the treatment group and normal group,10 cases in each group.Rehmannia mixture of model group fed Rehmannia mixture liquid daily (0.5ml/only) and placed in the artificial climate chamber kept for 8h;treatment group in addition to the model group method for keeping the daily needed gavage Huoxiangzhengqi liquid (0.5ml/only);blank control group were kept in temperature environment,feeding with distilled water (1ml/only).Modeling after 6days,by observing the general signs,gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion capability,gastrointestinal pathology tissue lesions of the mouse to understand the changes of gastrointestinal function in the mouse.Results:Comparing with the normal group,gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of model mice in decline,gastrointestinal tissue inflammation edema,increased mucus secretion returned to normal levels after by Huoxiang Zhengqi fluid treatment.Conclusion:Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid can improve the Shikun Piwei syndrome mice and gastrointestinal dysfunction,which may be one of the mechanisms to prevent wet storm.
