摘    要:目的:探讨反思日记法对护理本科生评判性思维能力的影响。方法:将本科见习护生分为实验组和对照组,对实验组护生进行反思日记书写方法培训,并要求在5周的见习中完成反思日记5-10篇;对照组护生则不要求书写反思日记。在见习前后采用CTDI-CV测试,结果采用SPSS 17.0进行分析对比。结果:见习前两组护生的评判性思维能力测评得分差异无统计学意义,而见习后实验组高于对照组,且实验组自身见习前后差异也有统计学意义。结论:反思日记法能提高护生的评判性思维能力。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of diary reflection method on critical thinking ability of college nursing students.Methods: The students were allocated into the experimental group and the control one.The former were given the training for diary reflection writing and were required to write 5-10 pieces of diary during 5-week clinical practice,while the later were not required to do so.All students were investigated by CTDI-CV before and after the clinical practice,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before clinical practice.The CTDICV score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between before and after clinical practice in the experimental group.Conclusions: Diary reflection can improve critical thinking ability of nursing students.
