摘    要:从一株蓝状菌属真菌Talaromyces flavus(No.BYD07-13)固体发酵物中分离得到了2个聚酯类新化合物talapolyesters G~H(1~2),采用质谱和核磁共振谱确定了它们的结构。化合物 1~2 的绝对构型是通过碱水解确定。对化合物 1~2 还评价对5株肿瘤细胞(HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, SW480)的生长抑制活性。

Abstract:Two new polyesters, talapolyesters G-H(1~2) were isolated from the wetland soil-derived fungus Talaromyces flavus BYD07-13, and their structures were determined by NMR and MS spectroscopic data. The absolute configurations of the residues were determined by alkaline hydrolysis. The cytotoxicity against five tumor cell lines(HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480) of 1~2 was examined.
