Abstract:PURPOSES In order to analyze the infections of human papillomavirus (HPV) in condyloma acuminata tissues.MATERIAL AND METHODS By means of polymeras chain reaction,HPV infections in condyloma acuminata tissues of 138 patients were grouped and studied observation was comparatinely given to HPV infections of the cervical tissues,etc.RESULTS The HPV infection rate in condyloma acuminata is 96.5%,and the infection rates of HPV6,HPV11,HPV16 and HPV18 are respectively 67.3%,69.2%,7.2%and 5.8%.The complex infection rate is 47%,of the complex infections,HPV6 and HPV11 are the most common.The HPV infection rate of cervical tissues,etc.12.8%.CONCLUSION This technique has a strict demand of lab conditions,and provides a quick,sensitive and specific method for the study of HPV infection.Its popularization and application will be helpful to the research,prevention and treatment of HPV infections.
