核转录因子NF-κB研究

摘    要:研究表明,作为能够影响细胞生存、变异和增殖的重要核转录因子,NF-κB在近30年的探索中取得了丰硕成果。尤其是在癌症、骨骼系统及呼吸系统的发病机制研究中取得很大进展。NF-κB作为转录因子在各种生理过程中获得多重生物学意义。中药单方、复方等皆可调控NF-κB通路相关基因和蛋白,药效良好,为今后治疗提供了新的思路。

Abstract:As an important nuclear transcription factor that can affect the survival,variation and proliferation of cells,NF-kappa B has achieved fruitful results in recent thirty years. Great progress has been made in the research of the pathogenesis of cancer,skeletal system and respiratory system. Chinese medicine has been reported that both uni-lateral and compound can regulate the NF-κB pathway related genes and proteins,the effect is good,to provide new i-deas for the future treatment.
