复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗与护理

目的：观察中西医结合疗法对复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取我院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者120例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，2组均采用手术治疗，术后进行常规康复治疗与护理。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予中药口服治疗，对比2组骨折复位程度、肿胀消退时间及膝关节功能改善情况。结果治疗组术后肿胀消退时间、膝关节功能恢复均优于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论中西医结合及必要护理可有效改善复杂胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛症状，促进肿胀消退及切口愈合时间，改善膝关节功能作用明显。

Treatment and nursing of complex tibial plateau fracture

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy of Chinese and Western medi-cine on complex tibial plateau fracture and its safety. Methods A total of 120 complex tibial plateau fracture patients who were admitted in our hospital were enrolled in our study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the two groups were performed with operation and given conventional rehabilitation treatment and nursing after operation. The patients in the treatment group were given the traditional Chinese medicine. The de-gree of fracture reduction,the swelling fading time,and the knee joint function after 12-week treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative swelling fading time and knee joint function recovery in the obser-vation group were significantly superior to those in the control group( P﹤0 . 05 ). Conclusions The combined thera-py of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively relieve the pain in the patients with complex tibial plateau frac-ture,promote the swelling fading and wound healing,and obviously improve the knee joint function.
