| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨护理工作在气管插管控制呼吸治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)中的作用。方法 :应用肌松药 ,使呼吸肌松弛 ,解除自主呼吸与机械通气的对抗作用。结果 :ARDS病人合理应用机械通气 ,改善了肺通气 ,提高了气血交换 ,纠正了缺氧。结论 :及时应用气管插管控制呼吸治疗ARDS并 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the acute nurse in the course of using trachea incubate to treat the acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). Methods: Muscle loosing medicine was used to soft the respiratory muscles and to overcome the antagonism function between the spontaneous respiratory and mechanical respiratory. Results: The mechanical respiratory was properly used in ARDS patients to improve the respiratory function of the lung and to raise the exchange rate of air as well as to correct the lack of oxygen. Conclusion: The PaO 2 can be quickly improved and the success rate of rescuing can be raised while the mortality can be clearly decreased. |
