摘    要:目的根据不同病情,采用不同方法治疗四肢长管状骨的长段缺损,达到修复缺损减少病残.方法①采用自体、异体骨移植;通过吻合血管与不吻合血管的方式修复缺损.②应用非生物物质填充缺损区域.结果总的治疗有效率89.7%,其中吻合血管游离腓骨移植效果最好,所有病例全部愈合,异体骨移植术后2年~5年逐渐吸收消失.结论四肢长管状骨长段骨缺损病残率高,吻合血管游离腓骨移植为临床提供了一种良好的修复方法.

Abstract:To adopt different means in treatment with long limb's tubular bone defect to restore defect and reduce invalidity according to various cases. Methods: 1. Auto and allotransplantation by using anastomosis of vessels to restore defects. 2. Filling defective area with non-living materials. Results: General effective rate of treatment was 89.7%. Free fibula transplantation with anastomosis of vessels got the best effect among all cases. All cases healed in the end of treatment by using the method. The transplanted bone was absorbed and disappeared gradually 2-5 years after operation. Conclusions: Defect of limb's long tubular bone had high rate of invalidity. Free fibular transplantation with anastomosis of vessels could provide an ideal way of restoration for clinical therapy.
