| 摘 要： | 目的：该课题研究的目的是为了建立和评价应用内镜引导下进行小肠钡灌造影的一种诊断小肠病变的方法。方法：共有３０例病人应用了此项诊断方法，全部获得成功。结果：发现小肠淋巴瘤１例，Ｍｅｃｋｅｌ憩室３例，回肠克隆氏病和回盲部癌肿各１例，空肠瘘１例。结论：该项研究为小肠疾病提供了一种安全、简便、有效、快捷的诊断方法，它将成为小肠疾病诊断的一个首要诊断方法。

| Abstract: | ObjeictiveThe aim of
this clinical study is to create and assess the efficacy of diagnostic method on small
intestinal barium enema with intubation led by endoscopy.MethodsThirty
cases of small intestinal barium enema with intubation led by endoscopy were reported in
the paper.All were succeeded.ResultsThe results showed that small bowel
lymphadenoma was seen in 1,Meckel's diverticulum in 3,ileal Crohn's disease and ileocecal
junction cancer in one each,jejunum fistula in 1.ConclusionThis study
provided a safe,effective and rapid diagnostic method for small intestinal disease.It
should become the method of first choice for the diagnosis of small intestinal disease. |
