留守初中生心理健康问题的调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解江西省留守初中生心理健康状况,为留守初中生的心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法:进行抽样调查江西省三所初级中学初一、初二、初三的279名留守学生作为被试者;采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)进行评价。结果:留守初中生的心理健康问题阳性检出率占72.4%,心理健康问题较严重者占总人数1.1%;初一年级组与初二和初三年级组在恐怖倾向存在显著差异(F=3.887, P〈0.05);留守初中生的心理健康问题整体看,除孤独倾向外,男女留守学生在焦虑总分和其他7个因子上均存在显著差异(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论:留守初中生的心理健康问题严重,低年级更具有恐怖倾向,留守女生比男生心理健康水平更不乐观。

Abstract:Objective: To know the mental health conditions of the left in-home middle school students in Jiangxi and to refer mental health education for staying junior middle school. Methods: Surveying 279 staying students who come from Grade one, Grade two and Grade three of three junior middle schools in Jiangxi. Evaluating it by using mental health diagnostic test(MHT). Results: positive rate of staying Junior middle School students' mental health problems accounts for 72.4 percent. The students who have more serious mental health problems account for 1.1 percent of the total number. There was a significant difference among group Grade one, group Grade two and group Grade three in terror tendencies (F = 3.887, P<0.05). In general, besides the tendency of loneliness, there were significant differences between male and female staying Junior middle School students' scores in anxiety and between other seven factors (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Staying junior middle school students have serious mental health problems, students of low grades have more terror tendencies and staying girl students' mental health is not more optimistic than that of the boy students.
