锁骨中外段骨折应用克氏针逆向内固定的治疗

目的探讨锁骨中外段骨折应用克氏针逆向内固定的治疗效果。方法对36例锁骨中外段骨折行克氏针逆向内固定治疗,其中将克氏针尾端在锁骨骨折近端穿出、折弯后,埋于胸前皮下。结果 32例获随访2个月至1年,患者术后均恢复顺利,无不适症状。结论应用克氏针逆向内固定治疗锁骨中外段骨折,患者术后恢复快,疗效肯定,且二次手术取出内固定物时更简便。特别适合在基层医院应用。

Treatment of middle and distal clavicular fracture with retrograde Kirschner wire internal fixation

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of treating middle and distal ciavicular fracture with retrograde Kirschner wire internal fixation.Methods Totally 36 cases of middle and distal clavicular fractures were treated with retrograde Kirschner wire internal fixation.In the operation,Kirschner wire went through proximal ciavicular fracture,bent over and buried under the thoracic skin.ResultsThirty-two patients were followed up for two months to one year.No discomfort symptom was observed and all patients recovered well.Conclusion Retrograde Kirschner wire internal fixation has affirmative curative effects on middle and distal ciavicular fracture and is conducive to patient＇s recovery.Moreover,it facilitates the withdrawal of matter in internal fixation next time.It is especially suitable to be applied in hospital at primarily level.
