Abstract:Objective To study the analysis of hospital infection factors and nursing countermeasures in NICU.Methods 356 neonates from April 2019 to April 2020 admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the subjects.A retrospective analysis of hospital infection factors and nursing effects was carried out.Results Among the 356 neonates,25 neonates were infected,accounting for 7.02%of the total infections.Among them,the highest respiratory tract infection was 36.22%,which was higher than that of other parts(P<0.05).The causes of infection in 25 children included:12 neonatal main factors,4 invasive procedures,4 antibiotics,and 5 younger gestational ages.Conclusion Nosocomial infection is directly related to neonatal body mass,invasive procedures,and underlying diseases.Therefore,strengthening nursing management in the wards and ensuring standardized operations can help enhance the quality of life of newborns.Nursing interventions can help reduce the infection rate,improve the standardization and standard of nursing operations,and enhance the quality of life of newborns in the NICU nursing of newborns.It has a very important role.
