综合康复护理结合引导式教育训练在脑性瘫痪患儿中的应用效果

目的探讨综合康复护理结合引导式教育训练在脑性瘫痪患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取河北省儿童医院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的150例脑性瘫痪患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)与训练组(75例),对照组采用常规综合康复护理干预,训练组采用常规康复护理结合引导式教育训练。于干预前、后采用自制护理满意度评分表调查护理满意度情况,并观察两组患儿的康复效果。结果干预结束后训练组患儿康复效果优于对照组,护理满意度训练组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理结合引导式教育训练提高了脑性瘫痪患儿康复效果,同时提高了患儿家庭满意度,可促进患儿早日回归社会。

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with guided education training in children with cerebral palsy

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with guided education training in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,convenience sampling was used to select 150 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Hebei Children's Hospital as the research object.Children were divided into control group(75 cases)and training group(75 cases)according to the method of random number table.Control group used conventional comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,and training group used conventional rehabilitation nursing combined with guided education training.The self-designed Nursing Satisfaction Scale were used to compare rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction of life of two groups of children before and after intervention,and observed the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results After intervention,the rehabilitation effect of children in training group was better than that in control group,and the nursing satisfaction of training group was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with guided education training improves the rehabilitation effect with cerebral palsy,and at the same time improves family satisfaction of children which can promote children's early return to society.
