铜绿假单孢与不动杆菌混合肺感染42例临床分析

目的 了解铜绿假单孢菌与不动杆菌混合肺感染的致病特点和对抗生素的敏感性。方法 对42例铜绿假单孢菌与不动杆菌混合肺感染的患者的临床特点、痰细菌培养及药敏试验进行性分析。结果 铜绿假单孢菌与不动杆菌混合肺感染多发生于年老、有慢性肺部疾患及机械通气者，病死率高（45．2％），对两种细菌的敏感率保持在90％以上的有亚胺培南及美洛配能，在80％左右的有丁胺卡那，罗咪沙星及舒氨西林。头孢类抗菌素的敏感率均低于55％以上。结论 铜绿假单孢菌与不动杆菌混合肺感染的病死率高，应依据药敏试验或选择强有力的抗菌素治疗。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 42 CASES OF PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA AND ACINETOBACTER WITH MIXED PUL MONARY INFECTION

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and antibiotic susceptibilities of pseudononas aeruginosa and acinetobacter with mixed pulmonary infection. Methods A retrospective analysis on 42 cases suffering from pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter of the pulmonary was performed. Results The incidences of pseadomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter with mixed pulmonary infection were found more in the elderly, who had chronic pulmonary disease and used tracheotomy and intratracheal indwelling cannulction. Its fatality rate was 45.2%. The sensitive ratio of Imipenem and Meropenem for the two bacilli was more than 90%, but the sensitive ratio of Cephalosporins antibiotics was less than 55%. Conclusions The fatality rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter with mixed pulmonary infection of is high. Successful treatment with antibiotics should be based on the antibiotic susceptibilities.
